Shipping - Rates
We continually work to offer the lowest shipping rates possible, especially on our most popular products, for all JG16 customers worldwide. To check shipping rates to a specific address, do the following:
1. Find your favorite JG16 product in the store and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Then click the "VIEW CART" button on cart summary fly-out window.
2. Enter your COUNTRY, STATE and ZIP/POSTAL CODE in the "Shipping Rates Calculator" located at bottom of the "Shopping Cart" page. All available shipping delivery options and corresponding rates will be displayed.
Shipping - Delivery
We ship to the following countries: United States.
Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5pm EST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.
Please allow up to 14 days for order processing, verification and production. Upgrading your shipping when submitting your order expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
